Chief Executive Officer

Thomas Pramotedham

A digital transformation leader and technology advocate who has supported and driven government smart city initiatives in Asia, Thomas now leads the Presight. With a focus on creating nation-building partnerships in the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa, through enabling capabilities and joining G42 on their journey to supporting UAE’s digital transformation.

In a career spanning two decades, Thomas has held management and thought-leadership positions across Asia, always focusing on leveraging technology to solve real-world problems. Before moving to UAE, he was the CEO of Esri Singapore, a world-leader in Geospatial Technology and a key partner in driving Singapore’s successful Smart Nation programs.

Chief Operating Officer

Dr Adel Alsharji

Primarily responsible for company operations, Dr. Adel brings over 25 years of experience to the Presight. His expertise and in-depth knowledge of AML, auditing, and anti-corruption are concentrated on developing and delivering technology-driven financial AI products and solutions, offering exceptional customer service.

Before joining the Presight in 2021, Dr. Adel worked in civil services and has a doctorate in business administration. He is passionate about using financial technology to create safer societies.

Chief Financial Officer

Ram Meyoor

Ram leads the finance organization of the Presight, and is responsible for operational and financial strategy, enabling top-line growth organically and through business combinations, margin expansion, fiscal prudence and governance.

Ram has more than two decades of experience and has held several finance positions with Motorola Solutions across MENA, India, APAC, and U.S. where he was instrumental in building the financial capabilities of the organization. Ram holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a master’s degree in Science, and an MBA from the U.S.

Chief Technology Officer

Xiaodong Zhou

As Chief Technology Officer, Xiaodong’s role is to develop a technology framework and AI strategy in modern-day analytical fields and adopt the latest technologies to bring out their real business value.

He has been working in the UAE since 2015 focusing on big data analysis, cloud adoption and data science. He has over 17 years of experience working in the telecom, financial and software industries, including with MicroStrategy which focused on analytic platforms and applications.

Chief Solutions Officer

Xiaoyin Yang

Xiaoyin is the Chief Solutions Officer for Presight, where she works closely with R&D, Sales, and Delivery teams to design and build new products, services, and solution verticals to serve key clients and Presight’s business strategy goals. She has worked in the Big Data Analytics and BI industries in North America and the Middle East region for over 20 years with in-depth knowledge to deliver solution excellence at scale.

Chief Corporate Officer

Rashed AlKouk

Rashed AlKouk primarily focuses on Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Administration. His secondarily focuses on Strategic Planning and People Culture Management.

Previously, Rashed served in multiple organizations in the field of investments and contributed to significant exposure and overall growth. He has a diverse range of professional experience in leadership positions across various sectors. His business operations experience has been focused on improving external strategic partnerships, maintaining business efficiencies, and optimizing revenues.

Chief Marketing Officer

Nick Clements

Nick Clements is the Chief Marketing Officer of Presight, and brings over 25 years of marketing and communications leadership experience in national and international strategic and operational roles across multiple sectors.

In his previous role as Senior Director of Enterprise Marketing & Communications at G42, he was responsible for leading and motivating teams to drive group-level brand building, reputation management, and value creation.

General Counsel

Charles Kelly

Charles Kelly has over 20 years’ experience working in private practice for international law firms as well as in-house counsel for multi-national corporations. He has practiced in the UAE for 15 years. He is a dual-qualified English and South Africa attorney. His focus has been cross border M&A and joint ventures in sub-Saharan Africa, MENA, and the Gulf.
