Thomas brings over two decades of leadership and innovation in the tech industry, with a track record of roles across Asia dedicated to utilizing technology to address pressing societal challenges. Before his tenure in the UAE, he served as CEO of Esri Singapore, a global frontrunner in Geospatial Technology, where he played a pivotal role in supporting Singapore’s esteemed Smart Nation initiatives. His extensive experience and forward-thinking approach underscore Presight’s mission to leverage technology in driving significant, positive change.
Primarily responsible for company operations, Dr. Adel brings over 25 years of experience to Presight. His expertise and in-depth knowledge of AML, auditing, and anti-corruption are concentrated on developing and delivering technology-driven financial AI products and solutions, offering exceptional customer service.
Before joining the Group in 2021, Dr. Adel worked in civil services and has a doctorate in business administration. He is passionate about using financial technology to create safer societies.
Ram leads the finance organization of Presight, and is responsible for operational and financial strategy, enabling top-line growth organically and through business combinations, margin expansion, fiscal prudence and governance.
Ram has more than two decades of experience and has held several finance positions with Motorola Solutions across MENA, India, APAC, and U.S. where he was instrumental in building the financial capabilities of the organization. Ram holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a master’s degree in Science, and an MBA from the U.S.
As Chief Technology Officer, Xiaodong’s role is to develop a technology framework and AI strategy in modern-day analytical fields and adopt the latest technologies to bring out their real business value.
He has been working in the UAE since 2015 focusing on big data analysis, cloud adoption and data science. He has over 17 years of experience working in the telecom, financial and software industries, including with MicroStrategy which focused on analytic platforms and applications.
Xiaoyin is the Chief Solutions Officer for Presight, where she works closely with R&D, Sales, and Delivery teams to design and build new products, services, and solution verticals to serve key clients and Presight’s business strategy goals. She has worked in the Big Data Analytics and BI industries in North America and the Middle East region for over 20 years with in-depth knowledge to deliver solution excellence at scale.
At the helm of Presight’s marketing endeavors, Nick Clements serves as the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, infusing the company with over two decades of distinguished leadership in marketing and communications. His extensive background spans both national and international landscapes, across a diverse array of sectors, where he has excelled in strategic and operational roles.
As the former Senior Director of Enterprise Marketing & Communications at G42, Nick was pivotal in steering initiatives that enhanced brand identity, managed reputation, and fostered value creation. His expertise in leading dynamic teams positions Presight to navigate the complexities of global markets and drive forward with a compelling brand narrative.
Charles Kelly has over 20 years’ experience working in private practice for international law firms as well as in-house counsel for multi-national corporations. He has practiced in the UAE for 15 years. He is a dual-qualified English and South Africa attorney. His focus has been cross border M&A and joint ventures in sub-Saharan Africa, MENA, and the Gulf.
Eva brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across international markets, along with deep expertise from renowned companies like Siemens, RB, and AstraZeneca. Her global experience across Latin America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa positions her perfectly for our continued local and global expansion.
Martin plays a pivotal role in strategic technology advisory, providing direction and management to support the CEO and COO functions. He serves as the executive sponsor for critical programs driving Presight’s business priorities, smart city initiatives, and sustainable development efforts.
With 38 years of diverse experience across Fortune 500 companies, Martin has established himself as a visionary business and technology leader, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with exceptional expertise.
His distinguished career includes serving as the Global Chief Technology Officer for Smart Cities and Sustainability at Dell Technologies, Chief Architect for Europe and Asia Pacific at Mercedes-Benz, Chief Architect for Retail Banking at Barclays International, and Chief Platforms Engineer at Shell Oil.
Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber is a member of the UAE Federal Cabinet, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, MD and GCEO of ADNOC and Chairman of Masdar.
In his role as Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Dr. Al Jaber oversees efforts to further expand the industrial development of the UAE, and in particular promote in country value, leveraging technology as a key enabler. The core mandate of the ministry is to increase industrial competitiveness and help drive economic growth industrial sectors, while embedding advanced technology at the center of the nation’s industrial base.
At ADNOC, Dr. Al Jaber has led a rapid and comprehensive transformation, through increased efficiencies, strengthened financial performance, and an enhanced long-term sustainability strategy. He has leveraged Artificial Intelligence and technology to maintain and build on ADNOC’s position as one of the most cost and carbon efficient oil and gas producers.
Dr. Al Jaber established Masdar in 2006 and served nine years as its CEO. He has continued as Chairman of Masdar, guiding the company’s strategic direction toward becoming one of the world’s largest renewable energy companies.
H.E. Mansoor Al Mansoori is a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and the Chairman of the Department of Health Abu Dhabi. As DoH’s Chairman, H.E. Al Mansoori is spearheading the Emirate’s healthcare sector by leading on the development of a world-class, innovative, and sustainable healthcare sector.
H.E. Al Mansoori is a prominent leader with a diverse range of professional experiences in senior leadership positions across government and private sector including healthcare, media, telecommunications, energy, and technology with a proven track record of setting up strategies, building institutional structures and capabilities, and implementing performance-based management systems.
Prior to joining DoH, Al Mansoori was the Group Chief Operating Officer of G42, he was responsible for strategic partnerships, innovation, capacity building, business efficiencies and transformation, revenue optimisation, brand development, organisational culture, and the development of future leaders of G42. During his tenure at G42, he was actively involved in the UAE National Covid-19 pandemic response.
H.E. Mansoor served as Director General of the UAE National Media Council from 2015 to 2020 and was responsible for transforming the Council’s offerings across regulatory services, media policies, UAE’s national media wire services and strategic communications, resulting in the UAE National Media Council winning the Government Excellence Award as the Most Improved Entity in 2018. He contributed towards UAE’s brand and reputation management, locally, regionally, and internationally and introduced policies and frameworks to further the country’s media and digital communication capabilities and foster innovation and development for the industry.
H.E. Mansoor is currently the Chairman of Space42, Vice Chairman of Presight AI, e& Board member and Chairman of its Audit Committee, Board Member of the Advanced Technology Research Council and Multiply Group, as well as MBZUAI Board of Trustees member. He held several board positions in the past, including Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority and Telecommunication Regulatory Authority.
During his studies at the National Defence College (UAE), H.E. Mansoor was in the first cohort to receive a master’s degree in Strategic Security Studies and National Resources Management. A University of Toledo (Ohio, USA) graduate in Computer Science, he holds several specialised certificates including a Leadership Certificate from London Business School (UK) and Innovation Strategy Leadership from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Suhail was the Group Chief Operating Officer at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), prior to which he was the Chief Operating Officer at Emirates Islamic Bank. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Tanfeeth, the shared services subsidiary of the Emirates NBD Group.
He has a proven track record in the development of innovative HR change initiatives and strategies to enable transformation, growth, and turnarounds. A creative problem solver and decision maker, Suhail is adept at aligning the needs of employees with the mission of the organization and country.

Kiril Evtimov is a seasoned technology and business leader with global experience across start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his career, Kiril has been successful in delivering cutting-edge cloud, analytical, and decision support products, as well as massively scalable data platforms. His contributions have spanned a range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, and technology, leading to clients’ success and significant business impact.
Kiril is a technology advisor for G42, as well as a co-founder, board member and CEO of FairSignals Inc. In the past, he has held leadership roles in Teradata, MicroStrategy, and eBay.
As CEO of FairSignals, Kiril has a broad range of responsibilities, including vision setting, financial management, product development, people management, and leading all externally facing interactions for the financial technology startup.
Previously, as Teradata’s Vice President and General Manager of Unified Data Architecture Platform Technologies, he was responsible for establishing the strategic direction and leading the execution efforts of the analytical ecosystem research and development organization. In this capacity, he oversaw a vast portfolio of over 30 software products, ranging from well-established and widely used to emerging and cloud-based products.
As Vice President of Program Management at MicroStrategy, Kiril focused on ideation, viability analysis, research and design of next generation on-premises and cloud analytical capabilities.
Prior to that, Kiril spent over 13 years in Silicon Valley, California. At eBay, Kiril held various technical management roles supporting eBay, PayPal, StubHub, Skype and Classified businesses. As Director of Analytics Platform Engineering and Architecture, he was responsible for implementing corporate-wide analytical self-service capabilities, business intelligence, and collaborative platforms. He also pioneered in the field of cyber fraud prevention, as well as led the efforts to establish customer support, and trust and safety data management practice.
In the past, Kiril consulted several notable companies, including Intuitive Surgical and Extreme Networks, and was a member of Tableau Software’s Customer Advocacy Board on their quests for technology innovation, establishing data and digital transformation strategies, and optimizing sales and distribution models.
Kiril graduated from the Technical University in Bulgaria with a MS degree in Electronics Engineering.
Abdulla Al Rashidi is CEO of Tamouh Healthcare. He has an MBA in finance and administration from Abu Dhabi University.
Abdulla joined Tamouh Health Care in 2019 bringing an extensive executive experience in a variety of official entities from Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters to Abu Dhabi Authority of Culture and Heritage and the Federal Government. Abdulla has successfully led Tamouh Healthcare’s efforts to monitor and curb the Covid pandemic.
Hamda Eid AlMheiri is the Executive Director of Government and Sovereign Relations at ADQ, an Abu Dhabi-based investment and holding company. In her role, Hamda oversees the organization’s interactions with senior government stakeholders across local, state and federal jurisdictions. Her responsibilities include the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive strategic framework to govern all organizational initiatives and engagements.
She also exercises authority over ADQ’s collaboration with industry advocates, aiming to leverage areas of mutual interest, while ensuring the continuous monitoring of relevant government activities globally.
Hamda currently serves as a board member of Etihad Airways, Presight AI, SHUAA Capital, and Arcera, a global holding company in the life sciences sector formed by ADQ.
Her professional career encompasses roles with the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, where she served as a Project Manager responsible for financial policy and efficiency, and the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, where she worked as a Financial Policy and Efficiency Specialist. Prior to these, Hamda held the position of Manager of Commercial Analysis for the Strategy and Planning department at Etihad Airways.
She holds a Master’s degree in Global Affairs and Diplomatic Leadership from the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy, a Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School and is also an alumna of the Georgetown Leadership Seminar. Hamda has a keen interest in exploring new perspectives in art and drawing inspiration from various cultures.
