7 March 2025 – Abu Dhabi, UAE: Saturday, 8th March 2025 marks International Women’s Day (IWD). At Presight, we are proud to celebrate IWD 2025 and stand firmly behind this year’s theme: Accelerate Action. This theme emphasizes the need to drive progress in gender equality, ensuring that women and girls worldwide have the opportunities and support they need to thrive.
To celebrate this important day, Presight has produced a video to showcase the incredible contributions of our talented and valued female colleagues, while also discussing what it takes to work as a woman in the dynamic field of artificial intelligence. We give thanks to Eva Mourino, Chief Human Capital and Culture Officer, Shamma AlNuaimi, Senior Director of Business Development, Elena Dreyer, Director of Product and Channel Marketing, and Jameela Chathoth, Senior Manager of Data Analysis, for appearing in the video and proudly representing all the women of Presight.

In the video, our female leaders share their experience working in the male-dominated AI sector. They discuss the unique challenges they face, how Presight supports them in their roles, and their message to other women considering a career in AI.
Our female leaders spoke candidly about the importance of representation and mentorship in overcoming obstacles. They emphasized how Presight fosters an inclusive environment where everyone’s voice is heard and valued. The IWD 2025 theme of Accelerate Action calls for a collective effort to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create a more inclusive world. It encourages everyone to take bold steps towards gender parity, whether through policy changes, community initiatives, or personal commitments.
Complementing this initiative, the United Nations is also marking International Women’s Day with their own theme: ‘For ALL women and girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment’. Under this theme, the United Nations is calling for action that can unlock equal rights, and to empower the next generation, particularly young women and adolescent girls as catalysts for lasting change.
