October 12, 2023, Astana, Kazakhstan: On the sidelines of the Digital Bridge 2023 forum in Astana, H.E. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Kazakhstan and Bagdat Mussin, Minister of Digital Development Kazakhstan, met with Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of the UAE-based company Presight, and Nurlan Zhakupov, CEO of Samruk-Kazyna, to establish a joint venture to accelerate digital transformation in Kazakhstan.
Endorsed by the President of Kazakhstan, H.E. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, both Samruk-Kazyna and Presight will embark on a joint venture aimed at accelerating digital transformation in Kazakhstan through the deployment of Presight’s AI and big data analytics solutions and technologies.
These will help to boost operational efficiency, minimize production losses, and develop human capital across the Samruk-Kazyna portfolio companies and in other key sectors of Kazakhstan, including energy, telecoms, transport, government, and public services, thereby enhancing socio-economic prospects.

Charles Kelly has over 20 years’ experience working in private practice for international law firms as well as in-house counsel for multi-national corporations. He has practiced in the UAE for 15 years. He is a dual-qualified English and South Africa attorney.

Al Mansoori’s impactful involvement in the UAE’s response to the National COVID-19 pandemic underlines his dedication to societal well-being. Suhail is currently the Group Chief Operating Officer at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), prior to which he was the Chief Operating Officer at Emirates Islamic Bank. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Tanfeeth, the shared services subsidiary of the Emirates NBD Group.
He has a proven track record in the development of innovative HR change initiatives and strategies to enable transformation, growth, and turnarounds. A creative problem solver and decision maker, Suhail is adept at aligning the needs of employees with the mission of the organization and country.
Suhail is an award-winning, published thought leader and international speaker who is passionate about mentoring and developing future Emirati leaders, and supporting the UAE’s vision and ambitions. Currently serving as a technology advisor for G42, Kiril shines as the co-founder, board member, and CEO of FairSignals Inc. His prior roles have seen him at the helm of major projects and teams at Teradata, MicroStrategy, and eBay, where he led with vision and innovation.
At FairSignals, Kiril embraces various responsibilities, from setting strategic visions to overseeing financial management and product development and leading the startup’s external interactions within the fintech landscape.
During his tenure as Teradata’s Vice President and General Manager of Unified Data Architecture Platform Technologies, Kiril set strategic directions. He spearheaded the R&D efforts for the analytical ecosystem, managing an extensive portfolio of over 30 software products.
In his role as Vice President of Program Management at MicroStrategy, Kiril focused on the creation, analysis, and design of pioneering analytical solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud.
Kiril’s journey also includes over 13 years in Silicon Valley, California, where, at eBay, he assumed various technical management positions across eBay, PayPal, StubHub, Skype, and Classified businesses. As Director of Analytics Platform Engineering and Architecture, he implemented enterprise-wide analytical and business intelligence platforms and led groundbreaking work in cyber fraud prevention.
Kiril’s consulting expertise has benefited numerous prominent companies, including Intuitive Surgical and Extreme Networks. He has also contributed to Tableau Software’s Customer Advocacy Board, advising on technology innovation and data transformation strategies.
